Level 1:

Aptitude round :

• 30questions will be given.Participants should finish it within the specified time.

• It deals with basic aptitude questions,verbal and nonverbal,current affairs and latest inventions.

• Participants who attend the compulsory questions of this round will be credited with bonus points.

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the 2nd round.

 

Level 2:

Group discussion:

• General topics will be given and the maximum time allotted for this session is 4-5mins.

• Each one should make use of their chances to speak orelse points will be reduced.

• Disscussion should be in a professional manner.

• The points discussed should be relevant to the topic.

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the 3rd round.

 

Level 3:

HR round:

• This session will be conducted for 5-7mins for each participant.

• You will be asked to write your resume.

• Interview session will be conducted based on your resume.

• Those who perform well in all the rounds will be ranked according to their points.
